Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Mango (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. What the Service does
The Service displays sponsored messages in supported AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, Cursor) and pays the developer whose machine showed the ad a share of the revenue.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. To receive payouts you must complete identity verification through our payments provider (Stripe) and comply with its terms.
3. Earnings & payouts (developers)
- You earn 90% of the net ad revenue attributable to ads shown on your machine. Amounts are computed server-side and are authoritative.
- Earnings accrue in your account. The minimum payout is $10, sent via Stripe Connect to your connected account.
- We make no guarantee of any earnings amount; it depends on advertiser demand and your usage.
- We may withhold, reverse, or void earnings we reasonably believe result from fraud, manipulation, automation, or violations of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: generate fake or automated impressions or clicks; run the Service on machines you don't control to inflate earnings; reverse, tamper with, or forge earnings events; create multiple accounts to abuse referrals or payouts; or use the Service unlawfully. Violations may result in forfeiture of earnings and termination.
5. Referrals
When someone you refer reaches $5 in earnings, both of you receive a $10 bonus, subject to anti-abuse review. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.
6. Advertisers
- Campaigns run on an auction. You bid per 1,000-impression block; higher bids serve more often.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. Delivered impressions are generally non-refundable.
- Ad content must be lawful, non-deceptive, and free of malware, adult content, hate, or infringement. We may reject or remove any campaign at our discretion.
- You are responsible for your ad content and destination URLs.
7. Sponsored content disclosure
Messages shown by the Service are paid placements. By using the Service you acknowledge that the messages displayed are advertisements.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every tool or version. Third-party tools may change and break integrations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts paid to or owed you in the prior three months, or $100.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Earnings validly accrued before termination remain payable unless voided for cause.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
